Refund Policy

We want the decision to pay to be easy to make and easy to undo. That is why the Service starts with a full free trial and the subscription is monthly, with no lock-in.

1. Free trial first

The 7-day trial includes the complete product and requires no card. It is the period designed to evaluate the Service before paying.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account (billing portal), in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the monthly period already paid and you will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

• Elapsed periods: not refunded, in whole or in part.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors: refunded in full; write to us and we will fix it.
• Exceptional circumstances: assessed case by case in good faith (for example, charges immediately after a cancellation that failed due to a technical error).

4. How to request one

Write to [email protected] from your account email, indicating the charge date. We will respond and, where applicable, Stripe processes the refund to your original payment method (crediting times depend on your bank).

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits the non-waivable rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
