These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of thedailywines.com (the "Service"), operated by Vitispro, LLC, a Delaware company, United States ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

The Daily Wines is a wine-industry intelligence service: a daily news digest by email and a web archive with filters and search. Summaries are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence from public sources; every article links to the original outlet. We are not the authors of the sources' content and do not guarantee its accuracy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are individual and non-transferable; shared access is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access, no card required. When the trial ends, access to paid content is suspended until you subscribe.

4. Subscription and billing

The subscription costs USD 9 per month or USD 90 per year, billed in advance in monthly or annual cycles, as chosen at checkout, through Stripe, our payment processor. Depending on your country, checkout may display the price in your local currency and indicate applicable taxes before you confirm. Prices may change; we will give you at least 30 days' notice and changes apply from your next cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account (billing portal). The subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid. See the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

• No reselling, redistributing or systematically republishing the Service's content.
• No accessing the Service through unauthorized scraping, bots or automated means.
• No interfering with the operation or security of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, design, and the curation and synthesis of content belong to us or are licensed to us. Original headlines and content belong to their respective outlets. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". The information is of a general nature and does not constitute business, financial or legal advice; you should not make decisions based solely on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or on the site with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer protections of your jurisdiction.
